Kelso Valley Evening Loop

A short, relaxed loop around a broad, slow river valley, ideal for a summer evening. The roads are wide, well surfaced and gently flowing, with farmland on both sides and the occasional pretty village to roll through.

There is little to worry about: the odd narrower lane and some farm traffic are as demanding as it gets. Fuel is available at the start, and the whole loop is short enough that you will not need more. Come between April and September and aim to be out an hour or so before sunset.
